Being a real estate agent means you are the CEO of your own company. Yes, you are running a business. Running a successful business doesn't just magically happen. You need a plan. More specifically, you need a written business plan. It's not enough to have your "plan" in your head. I've tried to have my plan in my head and trust me, it doesn't work.
Running a profitable business also means you need to know your numbers. No, not your commission...the other numbers?
A real business plan will show you the numbers you need to know.
- Your cost of living
- Business expenses
- How much you need to make
- How much you want to make
- Where does your business come from?
- What's your conversion rate?
This course will answer all of these questions and walk you through the thought process behind an effective business plan. You will learn how to track your numbers and learn how you can save time, money, energy and have a more successful business.
