Writing Your Business Plan

Because Hope is NOT a Strategy

   Watch Promo

Being a real estate agent means you are the CEO of your own company. Yes, you are running a business. Running a successful business doesn't just magically happen. You need a plan. More specifically, you need a written business plan. It's not enough to have your "plan" in your head. I've tried to have my plan in my head and trust me, it doesn't work.

Running a profitable business also means you need to know your numbers. No, not your commission...the other numbers?

A real business plan will show you the numbers you need to know.

How much does you life cost you?

How much do you spend in your business?

How much do you need to make?

How much do you want to make?

Where does your business come from?

What's your conversion rate?

You'll learn how to plan and answer all of these questions in this course. Hoping and wishing for success will be a thing of the past. This course will walk you through the thought process behind an effective business plan. You won't be picking a random number out of the sky. You will learn how to track your numbers and learn how you can save time, money, energy and have a more successful business.

Typically writing a business plan is not fun. It's difficult facing some of your numbers and acknowledging your challenges, but doing so is necessary to move forward. The "Writing Your Business Plan" course is filled with worksheets and checklists so you can do the work necessary to write your plan. I wish I could tell you there was some "secret" to success, but I can't. But when you have a plan you can stay focused on what you need to do and then do that work with consistency. I'll walk you through the process, step-by-step.
