Ask any successful real estate agent and they will tell you that the best way to sustain your business is through listings. But all listings aren't created equal and you have to decide which ones you really want. No matter the market conditions, listing agents will come out ahead - but only if you know what you are doing.
In the Winning the Listing course I will teach you how to evaluate listing opportunities, how to talk to sellers, and how to eplain why you charge what you charge.
Like everything else in real estate, Winning the Listing takes preparation. You need to have your listing presentation ready at all times just in case you get a call and the seller wants to meet with you immediately. With Winning the Listing you will receive a done-for-you Listing Presentation that you can download and customize to make it sound like you.
The seller is trusting you to represent their best interests in the sale of what may very well be their largest asset. You don't want to blow this opportunity! You'll need to gain the trust of the seller quickly. With Winning the Listing you will learn how to ask the right questions, how to tell a seller their home isn't as beautiful as they think it is, how you will earn your commission and much more.
