Who is The First 30 Days NOT for?
Get rich quick real estate agents. This course isn't for agents who think being a real estate agent will make them an overnight success. You have to be willing to do the work.
Real estate agents who aren't willing to do the work. There is NO "secret to success." Building a thriving real estate business takes time and consistent effort.
Join me, Active Realtor Candy Miles-Crocker as I detail everything you need to do to get your real estate business up and running in 30 days or less. From your mindset to making calls to setting a schedule. I'll show you how to run your business like a business right from the beginning.
In this super efficient course I will share with you the same techniques and strategies I use in my thriving real estate business. It took me years of trial and error...time wasted. You don't have to waste time like I did. I've laid it all out for you to become successful right off the bat.
It's exciting to get your real estate license, until reality sets in and you realize that you have no money coming in and lots of money going out. Unfortunately, most Broker's won't sit down with you and walk you through all the tasks you need to do immediately to establish your business.
It's time you stop feeling lost, frustrated and overwhelmed. Let me help.
The bottom line is this...
You don't know what you don't know.
If you're thinking...
"I can't afford to invest in this course right now", think about the time and money you will lose by NOT investing in YOURSELF and this course.
Maybe you're thinking...
"This course is expensive." The reality is this. This course will more than pay for itself with just one sale.
Or perhaps you're thinking...
"I can learn how to do this on my own." Yes, you can basically learn anything over time and for free. But you don't have the luxury of time. You need clients and sales NOW. It took me years of trial and error to develop these strategies. Now you can get them here all in one course.
I've been where you are right now. I remember feeling I made the biggest mistake of my life by quitting my job and becoming a real estate agent. It was so much harder than anyone tells you.
It took me years, and I mean YEARS to figure out what systems and strategies worked. I lost a lot of time and money trying to figure everything out on my own. I'm here to tell you, you don't have to do this by yourself. You don't have to waste time and money on things that don't work.
I am an Active Realtor in three jurisdictions. I'm still in the trenches with you. I'm here to help you figure out what to do and most importantly, HOW to do it.
I have done all of the heavy lifting for you. Yes, you could eventually find most of this information on your own, but how much time would that take? Time you could use to get clients and grow your business. The small investment you make in this course will look like nothing after you go to settlement.
After taking the "Your First 30 Days as a Real Estate Agent" course, we will know what activities you need to do every week and the templates you can use to not only organize your business, but to keep track of your business.
The information in this course has been tested and proven to be effective for almost two decades. I use this very same information to train hundreds of agents and I have used these procedures throughout my successful real estate career.
