Imagine growing your business by 50 - 150%
Being a successful real estate agent looks so easy on TV, but now you're questioning your decision to become an agent.
- You can't get a client
- The clients you do have are giving you the runaround
- You don't think you know enough
- You don't like asking friends and family for business
- You know you have a lot to do, but you don't know where to start
- You think people are going to think you are begging for business
- You are afraid of being rejected
- You're lost and don't know what to do
I get it.
Building a thriving real estate business requires a vision, a plan and execution. It's not enough to hope for success, you have to do the work. But what activities are you supposed to do?
I'm glad you asked!
I've made a road map for you. A plan of action. The courses included in the Real Estate Essentials package shows you how to build a profitable business in less time than trying to do it all by yourself.
What I show you in these courses is not based on theory. These are the very same systems and strategies I use in my thriving real estate business every day.
That's right, I'm just like you.
Like you, I'm a real estate agent. Yes, I'm a trainer too, but I'm a licensed, active agent in three jurisdictions.
I understand what challenges you face with buyers, sellers and market conditions. I have to deal with those same challenges. That's why I created the Real Estate Essentials. These six courses will guide you through establishing your goals, prospecting, the entire home buying and home selling process and much more.
Here are the courses you'll receive:
Success doesn't just happen. You need a plan to succeed, but not just any plan. You need a business plan.
I'll take you step-by-step through the budget process. You'll download worksheets that help you write a comprehensive business plan. I'll help you:
- Define your "Why"
- Establish realistic income goals
- Evaluate your marketing activities
- Write a business plan that is easy to follow
Prospecting can be a little intimidating. This course gives you a variety of ways you can prospect and grow your business.
You don't have to sound like an annoying sales person, you can prospect in a way that is authentic to you. Use your own natural talents to get clients you want to work with.
Stop having difficult transactions
Difficult transactions can be minimized if agents would just take the time to have that first meeting with the buyer. Instead, everyone rushes out to show property.
The Buyer Presentation course will outline exactly what you need to cover at this first meeting to manage your buyer's expectations. You'll receive a Buyer Presentation you can customize to get you started.
Are you ready for the call?
When you get a call from a prospective client, you need to be ready. You won't have two weeks to prepare for the listing appointment.
The Listing Presentation course will teach you everything you need to know when you get in front of the seller. You'll also receive a Listing Presentation you can customize to get you started.
Your words can help or your words can hurt.
Have you ever received an email where you felt angry after reading it? It's not so much that you received bad news, but the way in which it was delivered.
Or how about this...
Have you ever written an email and asked someone else to read it over before you sent it because you didn't want to come across as angry?
So many times, it's not what you say, but how you say it.
Real estate agents need to be experts in communication based on the sheer number of people we have to interact with throughout the transaction. We really can't afford to make enemies based on how we communicate.
All you have is your reputation, so it's important to protect it.
Effective communication is not as easy as it sounds.
You need to choose your words carefully.
What happens after you get a ratified contract?
Once you have a ratified contract, the real work begins. But if you don't know what to do next, you could put the entire transaction in jeopardy.
The From Ratification to Settlement course will outline your duties as a listing agent and a buyer's agent. It's important to remember that your client will be looking to you for guidance. I'll help you get through the process with ease.
Start reclaiming your time.
Being a real estate agent can take over your life. After all, it's a great job. We get to see cool houses and meet interesting people. As a result, it's easy to lose track of time and keep working.
But you need to find balance. You need to learn how to say, "No."
The Setting Healthy Boundaries course will help you lay a good foundation to establish healthy work habits. I will give you real-life examples of how you can be a successful agent and have a great life outside of real estate.
