From Ratification to Settlement

Protect Your Clients' Best Interest and Their Money

Ever feel like you're forgetting to do something?

Getting a ratified contract is exciting, but if you don't have systems in place it's easy to feel like you're forgetting to do something.

At least that's how I felt when I was a new agent.

I was so fearful of making a mistake,I couldn't think of anything else except that one transaction.

Sounds crazy, but it's true. That one transaction occupied all the space in my brain.

I always thought, wouldn't it be great to have a guide or checklist to walk me through the steps from ratification to settlement.

Unfortunately for me, no such guide existed.

Lucky for you, I designed a path you can follow.

I understand how you feel. You have to protect your clients' money. One mistake on your part could cost them tens of thousands of dollars and put you in the middle of a lawsuit. As a new agent, you don't know what you don't know.

I created the From Ratification to Settlement course to walk you through what you need to do if you represent the seller or if you represent the buyer. Your responsibilities change based on who you represent.

You want a smooth settlement, right?

If you don't do your job or ask the right questions, you could put the entire transaction at risk. There are too many people relying on you to know what to do.

This course is not based on what I think might work. I'm giving you real-life techniques and strategies. I use these same strategies in my own thriving real estate business. I know they work. You see, unlike most real estate trainers, I'm still an active agent. I know what it's like to feel lost. I know how easy it is to feel like you made a mistake, like you forgot to call or email someone.

With the From Ratification to Settlement course, you can move forward with the confidence of an experienced agent.

With systems in place, you can free up your brain to work with your other clients and keep your pipeline full. And that means, more money coming in!
